Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

• Identify potential clients and establish relationships to promote banking products effectively.

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to optimize sales strategies.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to banking services promptly.

• Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate transaction records consistently.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute compelling promotional campaigns.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to drive successful sales outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

• Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

• Proficiency in English with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Candidate Preferences:

• Preferred Nationalities: Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, along with Kabayan and Egyptian are highly preferred.

• Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
