Job Title Sales Executive
Location: Sharjah UAE
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities building strong customer relationships and promoting the companys products and solutions. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle achieving revenue targets and delivering exceptional customer service while expanding the companys presence in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential commercial retail hospitality and industrial sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking referrals site visits cold calling and digital channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers contractors architects interior designers consultants and project stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable flooring and interior surface solutions.
- Conduct client meetings product presentations and site visits.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely follow-up.
Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to order confirmation and project handover.
- Prepare quotations commercial proposals and product presentations.
- Negotiate pricing commercial terms and contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with operations logistics and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence
- Develop in-depth knowledge of flooring products finishes materials and installation solutions.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend business growth initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry innovations and emerging products.
Reporting & Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are properly maintained.
Collaboration & Customer Support
- Work closely with procurement operations finance and customer service teams.
- Support project coordination to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support where required.
- Represent the company at exhibitions networking events and industry trade shows.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in sales or business development within flooring building materials interior fit-out construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the UAE construction and interior finishing market is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
