We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of QAQC Inspector in Dubai UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Engineering sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections for site activities and incoming materials.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants project teams subcontractors and testing laboratories.
- Monitor site activities and identify quality non-conformances.
- Maintain NCR logs and support corrective and preventive action processes.
- Assist in QA/QC documentation reports records and testing logs.
- Support preparation of Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Coordinate third-party testing activities and maintain testing records.
- Assist during authority inspections and testing & commissioning activities.
Required Skills
- QA/QC Inspection Site and material quality verification.
- ISO 9001 Quality Systems Understanding of quality management processes.
- Documentation Control Inspection reports NCRs and testing records.
- ITP & Method Statement Knowledge Quality planning and compliance.
- Construction Quality Assurance Monitoring project quality requirements.
Preferred Skills
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification
- ASQ Quality Certifications
- ISO 19650 Information Management Knowledge
Work Experience Requirements
Typical requirement: 25 years of experience in QA/QC inspection within construction infrastructure MEP or engineering projects. Experience supporting inspections documentation testing coordination and quality compliance processes is preferred.
Education
- Minimum: Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field
- Preferred: Quality Management certifications
- Additional: ISO 9001 ASQ EFQM NFPA PMI-RMP certifications
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.
Required Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
