Job Summary
We are hiring for a QA/QC Engineer for a construction and contracting company. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance and quality control ensuring construction activities materials and processes comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Position: QA/QC Engineer
Location: Dubai UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures in line with project and contractual requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate material testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation inspection reports ITPs and NCRs.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with project teams subcontractors suppliers and consultants on quality matters.
- Support internal external and third party quality audits.
- Provide quality awareness and guidance to site teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials methods and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 ASTM ACI and relevant construction standards.
- Experience with inspections testing NCRs ITPs and quality documentation.
- Strong communication organizational and problem solving skills.
- Relevant QA/QC certifications are an advantage.
- UAE or GCC construction experience is mandatory.
