Job Summary
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Planning Engineer to support project planning scheduling progress monitoring and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will assist the project team in ensuring timely completion of construction activities and maintaining accurate project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using planning software.
Support the Planning Manager/Project Manager in monitoring project progress.
Track site activities and compare actual progress against planned schedules.
Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports.
Collect site updates and coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
Assist in identifying project delays and support corrective action plans.
Maintain project documentation schedules and progress records.
Support preparation of manpower material and resource planning.
Coordinate with site teams subcontractors and consultants for project updates.
Assist in preparing project presentations and progress dashboards.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 24 years of experience as a Planning Engineer / Junior Planning Engineer in construction projects.
Experience in high-rise buildings residential and villa projects preferred.
Basic knowledge of project planning scheduling and construction activities.
Familiarity with Primavera P6 / MS Project is required.
Good analytical reporting and coordination skills.
UAE construction experience is an advantage.

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings residential and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes project controls and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.
