Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support including troubleshooting hardware software and network issues
Manage and maintain network systems (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity devices)
Deliver high-quality discreet VIP / white-glove support
Support basic setup and maintenance of drones/UAV equipment
Track and manage IT assets inventory and equipment
Ensure systems are secure updated and running efficiently

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Technician / IT Support
Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
Basic understanding of drones/UAV technology (preferred)
Experience managing IT inventory / asset tracking
Experience supporting VIP executive or UHNW clients (preferred)
Professional discreet and service-oriented approach
