Job Summary
The IT Coordinator supports and maintains the companys IT infrastructure systems and technology operations ensuring hardware software networks and user support services function smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware software network and system issues.
Maintenance & Security: Install and maintain IT equipment manage user accounts and system security and assist in implementing cybersecurity measures.
Administration: Coordinate IT projects and system upgrades manage IT asset inventory software licenses and warranties and ensure regular data backups are performed and tested.
Documentation: Maintain records of IT procedures system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
UAE National (Valid UAE Passport and Family Book are mandatory).
Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Basic knowledge of computer hardware software and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in an IT environment.
Work Conditions
Location: Head Office.
Work Mode: On-Site only.
