Female Security Officer
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees visitors and other persons to maintain security of premises.

Conduct routine patrols of premises and report any suspicious activities.

Perform security checks including female frisking and bag checks in compliance with organizational policies.

Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action.
-
Maintain clear and concise records of observations incidents and surveillance activities.
-
Assist in emergency situations such as evacuations or medical emergencies.

Operate security systems and equipment such as CCTV access control and communication radios.
-
Provide assistance and directions to visitors and ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; security training certification preferred.

Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role preferably in environments requiring a female officer.

Good physical condition with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.

Discreet reliable and trustworthy with a professional demeanor.

Ability to remain calm and take appropriate action in stressful situations.

Willingness to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and security systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior military law enforcement or corporate security experience.

Valid security guard license (as per local/state regulations).

Training in first aid/CPR.
