Bayut Pest Control and Cleaning Service LLC, a leading facility services provider in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business leads for pest control, termite control, and cleaning services. You will visit clients, understand their service requirements, propose suitable solutions, and ensure successful deal closures. Building strong relationships with construction companies, facility management teams, and clients is key to excelling in this role. Additionally, achieving sales targets, coordinating with the operations team for service delivery, and maintaining accurate records are essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads for pest control, termite control, and cleaning services

• Visit clients, understand their service requirements, and propose suitable solutions

• Prepare quotations and follow up to successfully close deals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, facility management teams, and clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, client meetings, quotations, and follow-ups

Requirements & Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in facility services

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Arabic
