🔹 Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads for pest control, termite control, and cleaning services.

Visit clients, understand service requirements, and propose suitable treatment/cleaning plans.

Prepare quotations and follow up to successfully close deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, facility management teams, residential and commercial clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service delivery.

Maintain proper records of inquiries, client meetings, and follow-ups.

🔹 Requirements

3–4 years of experience in sales within pest control or termite control industry (mandatory).

Knowledge of pest control, termite treatment, and general cleaning services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Strong follow-up skills.
