Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through digital platforms calls emails and meetings
Create engaging pitch materials presentations and content to promote services
Collaborate with the creative team to align sales messaging with brand voice
Use social media WhatsApp and other channels to engage warm leads and follow up
Present promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Assist in content creation when needed (e.g. videos captions campaigns)
Track and report sales performance meet monthly targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
