Job Summary Lease Rental Financing Specialist
- Manage and grow the Lease Rental Financing (LRF) product aligning features with market needs and strategic objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert supporting customer service and relationship management teams to address client queries and deliver LRF solutions.
- Monitor receivables from financed properties to ensure prompt collections and accurate tracking of rental cash flows.
- Assess client eligibility through financial analysis including cash flow forecasting rental income analysis and property valuations.
- Oversee preparation review and execution of lease rental financing agreements ensuring compliance with internal policies credit risk standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with operations legal credit and compliance teams to optimize workflows and improve turnaround times for LRF transactions.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on product performance client utilization receivables and market trends; provide insights for product improvement.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction product growth and risk-managed returns for the bank through effective management and support of the LRF product.
