Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering Construction Oil & Gas Infrastructure Manufacturing and Industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical recruitment client management and recruitment delivery within staffing outsourcing manpower supply or recruitment agency environments.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Source screen interview and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines through job portals LinkedIn referrals and databases.
  • Ensure timely submission of quality candidates.
  • Support bulk hiring and project-based recruitment requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the main contact for assigned clients and hiring managers.
  • Understand hiring needs project timelines and workforce requirements.
  • Conduct regular hiring review meetings and provide recruitment updates.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and service levels.

Recruitment Operations

  • Coordinate interviews feedback offer management and onboarding.
  • Track recruitment KPIs SLAs and hiring targets.
  • Maintain ATS/CRM records and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and pipeline updates.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in HR Business Administration or a related field.
  • 48 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience within recruitment agencies staffing outsourcing or manpower companies.
  • Strong understanding of UAE/GCC recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS CRM systems LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.

Preferred Experience

  • Recruitment experience across Engineering Construction Oil & Gas Infrastructure Manufacturing or Industrial sectors.
  • Experience with EPC PMC infrastructure or project-based hiring.
  • Knowledge of GCC onboarding and workforce mobilisation processes.
