Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support daily fleet operations documentation and administrative processes. The role involves assisting in fleet coordination maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operational support.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating daily fleet activities and vehicle movements.

Maintain vehicle records insurance documents and registration files.

Support invoicing processes and ensure accurate documentation.

Update and manage data in fleet management systems or ERP platforms.

Coordinate with internal departments vendors and drivers as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics Administration Accounting or related field (preferred).

Relevant experience in fleet coordination or administrative support.

Basic knowledge of invoicing insurance documentation and vehicle records.

Familiarity with fleet management systems or ERP software.
