We are currently seeking an experienced Arabic & Indian Cuisine Chef at CDP (Chef de Partie) level to join the private kitchen of a VIP Family in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality Arabic and Indian cuisine according to the familys preferences and standards.
- Handle daily food preparation cooking and kitchen operations efficiently.
- Maintain consistent taste presentation hygiene and food quality.
- Prepare a variety of traditional Arabic and Indian dishes including curries grills rice dishes breads and other specialties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
- Follow proper food safety hygiene and storage procedures.
- Assist with menu planning and preparation based on the familys requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) Arabic Chef Indian Chef or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of both Arabic and Indian cuisine.
- Experience working in a private household VIP family luxury hotel fine dining restaurant or similar high-standard environment is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Must be currently available in the UAE and able to attend a food trial.
