Job Summary
Job Title: Welding Leadman
Experience: Minimum 5 years (Indian experience also accepted)
Age Limit: Below 49 years
Salary: 60000Rs Per Month
Location: Dubai

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate welding activities to ensure highquality work and compliance with project specifications.
- Assign tasks to welders and monitor their performance ensuring adherence to safety and industry standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints welding procedures and technical drawings to guide team members.
- Conduct inspections on welding materials and equipment to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Train and mentor junior welders improving their skills and efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation of welding procedures progress reports and inspection records.
- Identify and troubleshoot welding defects ensuring corrective measures are implemented effectively.
- Ensure proper use of welding equipment tools and personal protective gear to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and other departments to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Enforce workplace safety guidelines and regulatory compliance conducting regular safety meetings and audits.
