Warehouse Supervisor Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage pharmaceutical warehouse operations ensuring compliant receipt storage dispensing inventory control and dispatch of materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt inspection reconciliation storage and issuance of raw materials packaging materials semi-finished goods and finished products.
  
• Ensure storage conditions segregation status labelling and material handling comply with GMP/GDP requirements.
  
• Manage material dispensing returns reconciliation and related warehouse documentation.
  
• Monitor inventory accuracy stock ageing near-expiry rejected obsolete and non-moving materials.
  
• Coordinate material release and availability with Quality Production and Supply Chain teams.
  
• Maintain warehouse SOPs logbooks SAP transactions inventory records and QMS documentation.
  
• Lead deviations CAPA change controls investigations and quality-risk-management activities.
  
• Ensure warehouse compliance during regulatory audits customer audits and statutory inspections.
  
• Supervise dispatch palletization and local pharmaceutical dispatch/reporting requirements.
  
• Ensure high standards of EHS housekeeping hygiene cleaning and personnel safety.
  
• Train motivate and monitor warehouse personnel while driving operational improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Science or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience including supervisory responsibility.
  
• Strong knowledge of cGMP GDP inventory control material handling and warehouse quality systems.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and QMS documentation.
  
• Good leadership planning documentation and communication skills.
