Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement operations ensuring cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality
Manage warehouse inventory stock levels and supplier relationships
Optimize supply chain processes for seamless operations
Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability practices
Work closely with chefs restaurant managers and suppliers to meet operational needs

Who Were Looking For:

3 years of experience in procurement supply chain or warehouse management (preferably in hospitality)
OSHA certification
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of procurement systems and inventory management software
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and fast-paced operations
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
