Job Summary

A new all-day restaurant opening in Dubai within weeks. One room three registers: mornings a full lunch service and an evening that fills from the city rather than from a hotel lobby.

All-day service which means three different rooms in one shift: breakfast a long lunch and an evening that runs on drinks and small plates.

What the role covers

Deliver attentive personalised service across every part of the day
Know the menu completely and guide guests through it with confidence
Take accurate orders and keep your section clean and correctly set
Work closely with kitchen and bar to keep timings right

What were looking for

Previous experience on an à la carte or fine dining floor
The ability to change register as the day changes
Attention to detail speed and accuracy under a full book
Fluent English a second European language is an advantage
