We are hiring an experienced professional and guest-focused Waiter to join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service maintaining the assigned section and ensuring every guest enjoys a warm professional and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Have excellent knowledge of the menu ingredients preparation methods allergens prices and promotions.
• Explain menu items and confidently recommend food and beverages.
• Use professional upselling techniques to increase sales.
• Ensure tables are clean properly set and ready for service.
• Take full responsibility for the assigned section throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
• Follow up on food and beverage service times and delays.
• Pay special attention to VIP guests celebrations allergies and dietary requirements.
• Coordinate with the kitchen bar reception cashier and other team members.
• Handle minor guest complaints professionally and escalate serious issues to management.
• Check bills carefully and ensure orders discounts and payments are accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness hygiene and organization of the assigned section.
• Complete opening closing and handover duties.
• Follow all restaurant service grooming uniform and conduct standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Strong menu knowledge and upselling skills.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
• Responsible punctual organized and detail-oriented.
• Passion for delivering high-quality service.
