We are looking for a creative and experienced Videographer to join our team and be responsible for producing high-quality and engaging video content that reflects the company brand identity and supports its marketing objectives.
The Videographer will be responsible for the complete video production process starting from planning and filming through editing and post-production to the final delivery of professional video content.
Responsibilities
Shoot and produce high-quality videos for real estate properties projects and company activities.
Handle video production using professional cameras and appropriate equipment including lighting audio equipment gimbals and other production tools.
Produce professional property videos that effectively showcase properties interiors exteriors features and amenities.
Create engaging short-form content for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Edit and produce professional-quality videos from raw footage to final delivery.
Add visual effects text subtitles music sound effects logos and other required elements.
Perform color correction color grading and basic audio enhancement to ensure high-quality final output.
Collaborate with the Marketing Social Media and Listing teams to produce the required content.
Contribute to developing new video concepts and creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest video production and social media content trends and apply relevant trends to company content.
Organize and maintain raw footage project files and other video assets in a professional manner.
Meet video production deadlines and complete requested revisions when required.
Ensure all video content follows the companys visual identity and quality standards.
Cover company events activities campaigns and other occasions when required.
Properly manage maintain and organize video production equipment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Videographer Video Producer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating professional videography and video editing work.
Solid experience in professional video shooting and editing.
Strong knowledge of cameras lenses lighting and audio equipment.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop is a plus.
Experience creating social media content Reels and short-form videos.
Experience in real estate videography and property walkthroughs is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of cinematography lighting framing and composition.
Ability to transform marketing concepts into engaging visual content.
Ability to work independently and manage projects from filming through final delivery.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Willingness to travel to different locations for property shoots projects and company events when required.
Ability to stay updated with the latest video production and social media trends.
Required Skills:
Plan and execute professional video shoots based on the required content and creative brief. Operate professional cameras lighting microphones and other video equipment. Shoot real estate properties corporate events interviews promotional videos and social media content. Set up and manage lighting camera angles framing and audio during shoots. Capture high-quality footage that meets professional production standards. Work closely with the Marketing Content Social Media and Creative teams. Prepare shooting plans locations equipment and production requirements before each shoot. Ensure proper composition exposure lighting focus and sound quality. Manage and organize raw footage and production files. Coordinate with Video Editors and provide all required footage and production assets. Assist with creative concepts storyboards shot lists and video production planning. Maintain and properly handle all company camera and production equipment. Stay updated with current video production techniques equipment and social media content trends. Ensure all assigned shoots are completed according to deadlines and production requirements.
Required Education:
