Job Summary
We are currently looking for a professional Tea Maker / Juice Maker to join our high-end top class and well known Restaurant in Al ain/ Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of tea juices fresh beverages and specialty drinks while maintaining high standards of taste hygiene and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve different types of tea including traditional Tea.
- Prepare fresh juices shakes smoothies and other beverages.
- Maintain consistent taste quality and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients such as fruits milk tea and other beverage items.
- Operate and maintain juicers blenders and other beverage equipment.
- Keep the beverage preparation area clean and hygienic.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all time.
- Monitor stock levels of fruits tea milk and other ingredients.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Take beverage orders and prepare them accurately and efficiently.
- Support the kitchen or beverage team when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Tea Maker Juice Maker Beverage Maker or similar role.
- Good knowledge of tea fresh juices shakes and other beverages.
- Ability to prepare beverages quickly while maintaining quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Clean organized and presentable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel resort restaurant or café environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long working hours.
- Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a high-end Restaurant is an advantage.
