Job Summary
About the Role:
As a Tax Associate you will play a key role in ensuring full tax compliance across the Group. You will be responsible for UAE Corporate Tax filings VAT compliance tax reporting and maintaining accurate tax records across entities. You will also support tax audits liaise with external advisors and authorities and help ensure the organization stays aligned with evolving UAE tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review UAE Corporate Tax returns and supporting schedules.
Support VAT compliance filings and reporting.
Maintain and manage the EmaraTax portal including entity updates and registrations.
Assist in tax audits assessments and regulatory inquiries.
Conduct tax research and provide practical recommendations.
Support transfer pricing documentation and disclosures.
Maintain tax trackers documentation and compliance records.
Monitor UAE tax law updates and prepare internal insights.
Coordinate with internal teams and external tax advisors.
Ensure timely submission of all statutory tax filings.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA preferred)
35 years of UAE Corporate Tax & VAT experience
Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax Law
Experience with EmaraTax portal preferred
Strong Excel and analytical skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
