Job Summary
We are currently looking for MS SQL DBA our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer monitor and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases in production DR UAT and development environments.
- Perform database installation configuration patching upgrades and migrations.
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries indexes and SQL Server resources.
- Manage database backup recovery and disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related incidents performance issues and service interruptions.
- Implement and maintain database security access controls encryption and audit requirements.
- Support high availability solutions including SQL Server Always On Availability Groups Failover Clustering and Replication.
- Work closely with application support teams developers infrastructure teams and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and maintain database documentation operational procedures and health check reports.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies cybersecurity standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
