Senior Accountant – Construction Project

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with construction industry experience to manage project accounting financial reporting budgeting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements management reports and MIS.
  
• Manage general ledger project accounts cost centres and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting.
  
• Monitor project costs cash flow retentions bank guarantees and performance bonds.
  
• Handle accounts payable receivable reconciliations and payment tracking.
  
• Prepare budgets forecasts and project financial analyses.
  
• Ensure VAT and IFRS compliance maintain financial controls and coordinate audits.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CMA preferred.
  
• 8 Years experience including 5 years Construction industry accounting experience is mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of project accounting WIP VAT and IFRS.
  
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP accounting systems.
