Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and supporting marketing activities to increase brand visibility and market share.
Sales Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers (garages, workshops, fleet owners, distributors).
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and assist in credit control.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Promote company products and services to increase market awareness.
- Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
- Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional events.
- Suggest strategies to improve brand positioning and sales growth.
Operational Support
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock availability.
- Ensure accurate order processing and documentation.
- Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback to management
