Sales Manager

Dream Communication System LLC is a leading communication technology company based in Dubai, UAE, dedicated to innovating the industry landscape. We are currently seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and create strong relationships with potential clients.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team regularly.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients to maximize profits.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales or a similar role is an advantage.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

- UAE driving license is a plus.
