Job Summary
Promote and sell the centers educational programs to prospective students and parents through phone calls walk-ins and online inquiries
Respond to leads and follow up in a timely and professional manner
Conduct consultations and provide detailed information on course offerings schedules and fees
Maintain accurate records of leads inquiries and enrollments in the CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with marketing to support campaign initiatives and events (e.g. open houses school visits)
Stay updated on program changes competitor offerings and market trends
Provide exceptional customer service before and after enrollment to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Education or a related field
Proven experience in sales preferably in the education sector
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
