A chic all-day dining room opening in Dubai built on a single idea simple things done properly from the first coffee of the day to the last drink of the night.
You are the link between kitchen and floor: right dish right table right moment.
What the role covers
- Run food and drinks to tables accurately and on time
- Support the floor team in holding table standards through service
- Communicate clearly in both directions between kitchen and front of house
- Hold the standard even in short exchanges with guests

- Some hospitality experience ideally in a similar role
- Sharp attention to detail and a fast organised pace
