Job Summary
Lead and manage Transfer Pricing engagements.
Advise clients on UAE Transfer Pricing and OECD requirements.
Review Transfer Pricing documentation benchmarking studies and intercompany agreements.
Support clients with Transfer Pricing planning compliance and audits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead business development initiatives and mentor the Transfer Pricing team.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of Transfer Pricing experience including at least 2 years of experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax UAE Transfer Pricing regulations OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international tax principles.
Proven experience managing client engagements and leading teams.
Professional qualification such as CA ACCA CPA ADIT CTA or equivalent is preferred.
Excellent communication leadership and business development skills.
