About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market knowledge experience managing recruiters and the ability to hire top talent quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment and manage a team of recruiters

Develop hiring strategies aligned with UAE labor law and manpower plans

Source screen and shortlist candidates for all departments

Drive Emiratization and build strong local/international talent pipelines

Oversee onboarding visa processes and coordination with PRO/HR

Manage ATS data track recruitment metrics and report KPIs

Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
Requirements
-
5 years of recruitment experience including managerial/supervisory roles

Strong understanding of UAE labor law visa procedures and onboarding

Expertise in sourcing headhunting and using recruitment tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Experience hiring for multicultural teams
