We are hiring a professional friendly and well-presented Receptionist / Hostess to join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will ensure a warm professional and seamless experience from reservation to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle telephone calls WhatsApp inquiries and reservations.
- Manage and update reservations accurately.
- Confirm guest details special requests VIPs celebrations and dietary requirements.
- Provide accurate information about the menu restaurant seating areas opening hours and policies.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth handover to the waiter.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Manage walk-in guests and waiting lists professionally.
- Follow up on inquiries missed calls and upcoming reservations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean organized and elegant reception area.
- Follow professional grooming and appearance standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist / Hostess in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional confident and friendly personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good computer and reservation system knowledge.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Well-presented with an understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
