Project Manager

Location: Dubai UAE (Client Site)

Salary: AED 14000 AED 17000 / month

Were hiring a Project Manager to plan run and control IT softwaredevelopment projects across both traditional waterfall and Agile (Scrum) delivery models. The role drives work with multidisciplinary teams across IT departmentsowning scope schedule budget resources risk and stakeholder communication from initiation through delivery change control and postproject review.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan run monitor and control projects in both waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologiesowning scope timeline budget resources milestones and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans for both inhouse and vendor productimplementation projects and establish projectspecific governance and cadence with the right stakeholders.

• Align engage and drive multidisciplinary teams across IT departments ensuring effective utilisation of resources toward project success.

• Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process endtoend: requirements documentation vendor identification evaluation selection and contracting.

• Manage tasks and dependencies; track progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.

• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies; proactively manage and resolve issues to minimise project impact.

• Monitor and control cost to deliver within the approved budget applying formal change control (Project Change Request) to any change in scope timeline or cost.

• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular status reviews and reporting; implement quality controls and run project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Required Skills & Certifications

• PMP certification (mandatory); Agile / Scrum certification highly desirable.

• 8 years of project management experience including running projects the Agile way with a substantiated and verifiable delivery track record.

• Minimum 5 years projectmanaging IT (software development) projects.

• Strong command of the full project lifecycle: planning governance risk and issue management cost control and formal change control.

• Bachelors in Engineering (or similar) highly desirable; initial handson softwareengineering experience an advantage.
