Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement operations ensuring costeffective purchasing without compromising quality
- Manage warehouse inventory stock levels and supplier relationships
- Optimize supply chain processes for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability practices
- Work closely with chefs restaurant managers and suppliers to meet operational needs
Who Were Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in procurement supply chain or warehouse management (preferably in hospitality)
- WHS Oversight (experience in WHS is a must)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of procurement systems and inventory management software
- Ability to handle highpressure environments and fastpaced operations
