Job Summary
Job Title: MEP Supervisor
Supervise day-to-day MEP activities at the site ensuring work quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with design codes and specifications.
Lead teams of technicians for HVAC plumbing and electrical maintenance works.
Monitor and manage facility systems including Central AC Chillers DX units and VRV systems.
Coordinate scheduled maintenance and breakdown repair activities with minimal downtime.
Assist in preparing material requirements and ensuring timely procurement.
Liaise with clients and facility managers to ensure satisfactory service delivery.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on work progress resource usage and system performance.
Support and participate in MEP sales discussions and technical presentations.
Troubleshoot system malfunctions and resolve issues efficiently.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
Experience: 1 2 years in a Facility Management company in a similar supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems including Central AC Chillers DX VRV etc.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems and building maintenance procedures
Proficiency in site supervision and inspection protocols
Familiarity with Facility Management operations and standards
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
Basic exposure to MEP Sales activities will be an added advantage
Excellent problem-solving decision-making and communication skills
