Marketing Specialist

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support brand growth within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing social media management and promotional campaigns with a strong focus on increasing brand awareness attracting customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services restaurants events and hospitality offerings.
  
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media email websites and online advertising platforms.
  
• Manage social media accounts create engaging content and maintain a consistent brand image.
  
• Coordinate promotional activities seasonal offers events and special packages.
  
• Collaborate with the sales operations and guest relations teams to support business objectives.
  
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities.
  
• Manage online listings promotional content and brand visibility across relevant platforms.
  
• Analyze campaign performance website traffic engagement and customer conversion rates.
  
• Coordinate with designers photographers agencies and other external partners when required.
  
• Prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements based on campaign results.
  
• Support customer retention initiatives and strategies to increase repeat business.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
  
• Previous experience in marketing preferably within the hospitality hotel restaurant or tourism industry.
  
• Knowledge of digital marketing social media platforms content creation and online advertising.
  
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign performance reporting.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Creative thinking organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and work collaboratively with different teams.
  
• Knowledge of graphic design tools SEO email marketing and paid advertising is an advantage.
