Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all operational activities within the public health department.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare services and optimize patient outcomes.

- Lead a team of healthcare professionals by providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess community health needs and develop appropriate programs.

- Monitor budget allocation and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability of health initiatives.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of healthcare programs and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.

- Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and quality standards.

- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Demonstrated experience in healthcare management or public health administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Public Health or Healthcare Management.

- Certification in Healthcare Quality Improvement.

- Experience working in a multicultural or international healthcare environment.
