Job Summary
Guest Greeting: Welcome all guests upon arrival and provide assistance.
Guest Interaction: Answer guest inquiries and offer directions or recommendations.
Presence: Maintain a professional presence in the lobby area at all times.
Communication: Liaise with Front Office and Guest Relations teams for guest needs.
Observation: Monitor lobby activity and report issues or concerns.
Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive demeanor and polished appearance.
