Job Summary
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about both architecture and interior design with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will confidently lead the architectural side of our services overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring seamless integration of design elements. As a brand ambassador you will represent ELE Interiors in client meetings and industry events engaging stakeholders and ensuring the companys design philosophy is reflected in every project. Your role will involve balancing creativity and technical expertise to deliver exceptional high-end projects while maintaining client satisfaction and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Projects: Oversee all architectural and interior design aspects from concept to implementation ensuring design coherence across spaces.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact manage client meetings gather feedback and refine designs to meet client needs.
- Design Strategy: Lead space planning material selection and FF&E ensuring functional and aesthetic design solutions.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams contractors consultants and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Technical Oversight: Manage architectural drawings visualizations and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Project Management: Develop project timelines provide regular updates and supervise on-site progress to ensure design integrity.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design efforts.
- Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends and represent the company at key events.
- Proficiency in Design Software: Advanced skills in 2D drafting (AutoCAD) and 3D modelling (ArchiCAD SketchUp or 3ds Max) with the ability to produce detailed architectural and interior design drawings.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Architecture with a strong passion for and expertise in interior design.
- Experience: Proven track record in designing luxury residential commercial and hospitality projects demonstrating a keen understanding of high-end design standards.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of architectural and interior design principles with the ability to integrate both disciplines seamlessly across diverse projects.
Required Skills:
What Were Looking For: Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture Interior Design or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a draughtsman in the interior design or architectural industry. Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other relevant 3D modeling and rendering software. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles space planning and building codes. Attention to Detail: Ability to produce highly accurate technical drawings with excellent attention to detail. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team mentor junior staff and manage workloads effectively. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving design and technical issues quickly and efficiently. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-end residential and hospitality/commercial interior design projects. Certification in project management or design software.
