Kids Club Team Leader

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the smooth running of the Kids Club on a day to day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction.
• Create new unique and interesting kids activities that draw upon the best cultural activities or other offerings of the area in which the hotel is located. Ensure outsourced service provides are of good quality.
• To have a complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the hotel.
• To lead the implementation of all health and safety codes in the kids activities of the hotel and in particular to take full and complete care of children.
• Take the lead of the Rixos Children program.
• Provides a safe fun and interactive environment to children using the Kids Club
• Conducts all activities in a positive and professional manner.
• Supervise activities of all assigned children in the Kids Club area and ensures child remains in designated area
• Provide child care to children including paging parent/guardian if necessary to assist with discipline issues and attending to personal needs
• Participate and entertain children with games or other approved activities
• Follows all Kids Club policies and procedures
• Report any child health concerns to Recreation Manager so a Health Alert may be posted if required
• Responsible for general cleaning duties in Kids Club including disinfecting toys
• Ensure parent/guardian has signed Kids Club Agreement/Information Form
• Ensure individual checking in the child is listed on the Kids Club Agreement
• /Information Form
• Ensure parent/guardian completes and signs the Kids Club Register when checking in and checking out children
• Develop and maintain a strong working environment with the other departments.
