Job Summary
Huawei MW/WL Rigger UAE (Immediate Hiring)
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Salary: AED 2500 AED 2800 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Install Huawei microwave (MW) and wireless (WL) equipment on telecom towers and rooftop sites.
- Install and align microwave dishes RF antennas RRUs feeders jumpers and mounting hardware.
- Perform tower climbing rigging cable routing grounding and fiber installation.
- Support site integration commissioning and ATP activities.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting VSWR testing and alarm rectification.
- Ensure all installations comply with Huawei standards and EHS requirements.
- Complete site documentation and daily work reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Huawei MW/WL rigging experience.
- Experience with Huawei LTE/5G and microwave network deployment.
- Ability to climb telecom towers and work safely at heights.
- Huawei certification is preferred.
- Work at Height (WAH) certification is an advantage.
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
