Conduct site inspections audits risk assessments incident investigations and HSE awareness activities.
Coordinate with site teams and clients to maintain ADNOC HSE standards and requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of relevant HSE experience.
Brownfield experience is mandatory.
ADNOC / UAE / GCC experience is highly preferred.
Bachelors Degree must be obtained through a recognized institution and through a regular course.
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification required.
Strong knowledge of HSE practices within construction fabrication installation and/or commissioning projects.
Good understanding of HSE Management Systems and applicable HSE legislation.
Practical knowledge of PTW WMS Risk Assessment and Safe Systems of Work.
Experience in HSE inspections audits incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
Knowledge of emergency response procedures and H2S hazards/control measures.
Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal coordination and reporting skills.
ADNOC-Related Competency Expectations:
Candidates should be capable of supporting site HSE requirements in accordance with ADNOC Group standards and maintaining continuous HSE case of absence of HSE personnel suitable replacement must be available with the required approvals to ensure continuity of HSE coverage.
