We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HSE Manager in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Electromechanical / Electrical Contracting sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures across projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client requirements.
- Lead safety inspections audits and site monitoring.
- Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.
- Deliver HSE induction and safety training programs.
- Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance.
- Maintain HSE records reports and statutory documentation.
Required Skills
- HSE Management Implement and monitor safety management systems.
- Risk Assessment Identify hazards and implement mitigation measures.
- Safety Auditing Conduct inspections and compliance audits.
- Incident Investigation Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Electrical & Electromechanical Safety Ensure safe execution of electrical contracting activities.
Preferred Skills
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
- ISO 45001 knowledge.
