Job Summary
Apt Resources is seeking a detailoriented HR Payroll Accountant to join our clients dynamic team. This role is designed for an experienced professional with a strong background in payroll management and proficiency in SAP. The successful candidate will play a key role in handling payroll processes ensuring accuracy and supporting client accounts in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Utilize SAP to maintain accurate payroll records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Provide support for Angolan client accounts related to payroll processes.
- Processing and managing payroll for a large workforce 3000 employees).
- Ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages.
- Maintaining detailed payroll records and reports.
- Staying uptodate on payroll regulations and legislation.
- Collaborating with HR to ensure data integrity and alignment of payroll withHRpolicies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Payroll Accountant in the UAE.
- Proficiency in SAP is essential.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes regulations and compliance in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to provide support for Angolan client accounts related to payroll processes.
- Experience in processing and managing payroll for a workforce of 3000 employees.
- Having an experience with Angolan laws is a plus
