An all-day dining destination opening in Dubai this autumn a chic room that runs from morning coffee through long lunches to an evening that turns on drinks and small plates.

You are the face of the room and the person who makes the flow feel effortless. Optimising the seating plan is a commercial job not an administrative one.

What the role covers

Manage reservations walk-ins the waitlist and the seating plan
Welcome guests and keep the room moving without ever making it feel rushed
Build guest profiles and recognize returning guests by name
Keep the reception area immaculate and the guest list accurate

What were looking for

No prior experience required; warmth presence and natural charm matter most
Familiarity with a reservations system is a plus
Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic or another language a genuine advantage
