We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Receptionist to join at a prestigious heritage hotel located in one of Dubas most iconic waterfront destinations. As the first point of contact the Front Office plays a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for clients and visitors
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls respond to emails and assist guest with inquiries
Manage reservations for both hotel and accommodation and restaurant bookings
Handle check-in and check-out procedures e
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
