Job Summary
A new all-day restaurant opening in Dubai within weeks! One room three registers: mornings a full lunch service and an evening that fills from the city rather than from a hotel lobby.
You coordinate the team and own the guest experience from the first cover to the last goodbye.
What the role covers
- Run the full floor coordinating with the kitchen and bar to keep service flowing
- Brief train and motivate the team daily and hold the standard when the room turns over
- Own guest satisfaction: handle concerns calmly and follow up on feedback without being asked.
- Check mise en place table settings and shift planning before the first guest arrives.
- Know the menu and the drinks list and make sure your team does too.
What were looking for
- One to two years in a supervisory or front-of-house management role in a premium or high-volume restaurant
- A leader by example rather than by rota
- Calm and fast when things go wrong
- Fluent English; a second European language or Arabic is an advantage
