Job Summary
1. EVP / Head of Culture & Engagement (x1)
Client: Government entity Abu Dhabi (name withheld)
Contract type: 612 month contract via retained HR consultancy
Start date: ASAP
Language: Fluent Arabic (spoken & written) essential
Role Purpose
Own and lead the organisations culture and employee engagement agenda acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and a visible credible voice across the workforce. This is a storytelling and influence-led role not a purely technical HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Design and drive the culture and engagement strategy aligned to organizational transformation goals
Act as a compelling storyteller translate strategy into narratives that land with employees at every level
Build and maintain executive presence in senior leadership forums; represent culture agenda at C-suite/board level
Design and roll out employee engagement programs listening mechanisms and pulse surveys
Partner with Communications HR Ops and Talent Management to embed culture into the employee lifecycle
Requirements
15 years HR/OD experience with recent track record in a Culture & Engagement or EVP-equivalent leadership role
Demonstrated experience leading culture transformation in a large complex organisation government/public sector experience highly preferred
Exceptional executive presence; confident credible communicator and storyteller in senior stakeholder settings
Fluent Arabic and English
Immediately available or short notice; able to mobilise to Abu Dhabi ASAP
