Job Summary
The Projects team is dedicated to supporting Accors opening teams and owners by delivering a tailored procurement value proposition. This role simplifies the pre-opening process generates value for all stakeholders and ensures compliance with Accors procurement policies. As a trusted advisor to owners you will provide end-to-end procurement support throughout the pre-opening phase.
Key responsabilities:
- Define and lead the end-to-end pre-opening procurement strategy for the Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio across MEA ensuring alignment with brand positioning and owner expectations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Brand D&TS Development Operations and Finance to deliver integrated project outcomes.
- Own BOQs budgets and procurement roadmaps; manage a network of Procurement Agents and external consultants with clear performance standards.
- Lead mock-up reviews OS&E design presentations and takeover evaluations representing Accor procurement at senior owner and brand forums.
- Project P&L tracking and revenue collection; deliver executive-level strategic reporting to SVPs VPOs and C-suite stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- 12 years in procurement supply chain or project management within luxury hospitality
- Proven track record managing pre-opening procurement at a regional or multi-country level
- MEA market experience strongly preferred; Arabic language a plus
- Strategic leadership and stakeholder influence at C-suite and owner level
- Expert negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Deep expertise in luxury FF&E OS&E and brand standards
- Strong programme management and P&L ownership
- Travel 40% across the MEA region
