Job Summary
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction activities for our high-rise building Riverton and villa projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely within budget on schedule and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise overall construction activities from project commencement to completion.
Lead site teams subcontractors and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
Plan coordinate and monitor project progress ensuring timely delivery.
Review project drawings specifications and construction plans.
Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards safety regulations and quality requirements.
Coordinate with project managers engineers consultants and clients for effective project delivery.
Monitor manpower materials equipment and resources at site.
Identify and resolve technical operational and site-related issues.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings method statements and project schedules.
Manage subcontractor performance and maintain project documentation.
Support cost control and minimize delays wastage and variations.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management.
Proven experience in high-rise building villa and residential projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations.
Experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai is preferred.
Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and handle site challenges effectively.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management. Strong experience with high-rise buildings residential and villa projects. Proven experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge of construction processes project controls and UAE regulations. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple project teams and deliver projects successfully. Interested candidates can share their updated CVs.
